BILERI Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website, https://bileridrinks.com (the “Website”), is operated by BILERI Ltd. (“BILERI”, “we”, “us” or “our”), UIC 204858048. For purposes of applicable data-protection law, BILERI is the controller of personal data described in this Policy.
Postal address: 24 Shipka Str., 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria
Email: office@bileridrinks.com
2. What this Policy covers
We explain what personal data may be processed when you visit the Website or choose to contact us, why it is processed, how it may be shared, and the rights available to you.
The Website provides information about BILERI and its products. It does not offer online purchases, user accounts, sign-up, newsletter subscriptions, a contact form or any physical or digital products. A link to our email address may open your own email application. We receive personal data from that communication only if you choose to send it.
3. Personal data we may process
Technical and security data
When a page is requested, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Website. Depending on the request and security configuration, this may include an IP address, request date and time, requested page or resource, browser and device information, and security or diagnostic data. IP addresses and some related technical information may be personal data under applicable law.
Cloudflare may process information on our behalf to provide hosting and security services and may also process information for its own purposes, as described in its Privacy Policy.
Language preference
If you select a language, your choice is stored locally in your browser so the Website can display it next time. It is used only to show your chosen language and is not intended to identify you. It remains in your browser until it is replaced or you clear your browser storage. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Information you choose to email us
If you email us, we will process the information in your message and the contact details associated with it, such as your email address and any name or other details you choose to include. Please do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
When you follow an email link, your email application or provider may process information under its own privacy terms. We receive your information only if you send the message to us.
4. Why we process personal data and our legal bases
We may process the categories above for these purposes:
- To operate, maintain and secure the Website, diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable public website, balanced against your rights and interests.
- To read and respond to an enquiry you send us. Where you ask us to take steps before a possible contract, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request. For other correspondence, it may be our legitimate interest in responding to and managing communications. If a legal obligation applies, we may process information to comply with it.
- To meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, where necessary and permitted by law.
We do not use Website visitor data for behavioural advertising, marketing profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security or service cookies. Cloudflare describes its cookies and their purposes in its cookie documentation.
Fonts, images and videos shown on the Website are served from the Website itself, not from third-party content networks.
We store your language choice in your browser’s local storage as a functional preference. It is not used to track you across websites.
Where a cookie or similar technology is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested or to transmit a communication, prior consent is not required. If we ever add analytics, advertising or social-media technologies, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent before they are used.
You can manage or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect some Website functions.
6. Who may receive personal data
We may disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, including to:
- Cloudflare, as our hosting and security provider;
- providers of email or communications services used to receive and manage messages sent to us;
- professional advisers, public authorities or courts where required or permitted by law.
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
7. International processing
Cloudflare operates a global network. Depending on the service configuration, technical data may be processed in or accessed from locations outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on safeguards required by data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as described by Cloudflare in its Privacy Policy.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Technical logs are retained for the period set by the Cloudflare services used for the Website.
- We generally retain ordinary enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless it is necessary to retain it longer for an ongoing matter, a legal obligation or a legal claim.
- A language preference stored in your browser remains there until replaced or deleted through your browser settings.
9. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
To make a request, contact us at office@bileridrinks.com or write to the postal address in Section 1. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by law; under the GDPR this is generally one month, subject to permitted extensions.
In Bulgaria, the supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP):
2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria
Email: kzld@cpdp.bg
Website: cpdp.bg
You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
10. Artificial intelligence and website content
AI tools may have been used in the technical development of the Website and to create or digitally enhance some visual materials, including realistic images or videos of people. This relates to the creation of Website content. The Website does not provide an AI assistant or use AI to analyse visitor enquiries or make decisions about visitors. Visual materials may be illustrative rather than documentary depictions of an actual product, person, place or event.
11. Links to other websites
The Website may link to external websites or services. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them or use their services.
12. Language versions
This Policy is available in several languages for your convenience. The Bulgarian version is the authoritative version. If there is any difference between language versions, the Bulgarian version prevails, followed by the English version.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Website, our data practices or applicable law. The revised version will appear on this page with an updated date.
14. Contact
For questions about this Policy or our handling of personal data, contact BILERI Ltd. at office@bileridrinks.com or at the postal address in Section 1.
