BILERI takes its name from ‘биле’ [ˈbi.lɛ], the Bulgarian word for the wild plants of the slope and meadow. We carry that inheritance into every bottle: a sparkling, alcohol-free drink made from grapes, fruit and botanicals, with all the depth of flavour you would expect from a fine glass.

Cold microfiltration keeps the drink’s natural character and freshness, maintaining its harmonious taste at 0% alcohol, without the need for preservatives.

Every ingredient is chosen with care to shape the final character. Our flagship, BILERI Treasure, is composed of three:
